New album of Koloraines

The children’s entertainment band Koloraines is preparing a new album at Casafont recording studio.

At this time, all the songs have been recorded and the mixes are being made. The album will be ready in early December.

The recording was carried out during the month of September and was full of anecdotes typical of the extrovert nature of the band. One of the most splendid moments was the recording of chorus by a group of children selected for the occasion; artists for a day and directed by the band’s know how, they generated chaotic moments of extreme innocence that add up to the already existing dose of spontaneity in the recording sessions.

Koloraines consists of 7 musicians and 2 entertainers. You could say that they are reinventing the genre of children’s entertainment music with the addition of high doses of ska, rumba and rock rhythms (as well as new lyrics) to traditional songs, but which are more used to guitar and voice arrangements. The long list of concerts (more than 40 performances in less than a year) supports their talent for reinvention.
